Do you charge for delivery?

We do charge delivery cost on some product, however, we offer FREE delivery on most of our products.

We are able to offer this service because we work directly with our manufacturers, thereby cutting out the need for a middle man / woman and transferring the savings to our customers in the form of product discounts and free shipping.

How long will delivery take?

Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Schedule for up to date information about our delivery times.

What exactly happens after ordering?

When we receive your order, we check it for correctness & product availability after which we proceed to getting your order ready for shipment.

Most orders ship within 1 or 2 days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 5 business days.

When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different fulfilment centers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email from support@trinsoos.com confirming your order.

Please check your SPAM folder if your haven’t received your order confirmation email, because sometimes emails sent could be delivered to your spam box by your email provider.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When will payment be taken from my bank account?

Payment for your order will be taken from your card immediately by our Payment Service Provider. If your payment is declined, your order cannot be completed. Please try a different card / payment method.

What is wishlist?

Wishlists are collections of desired products which you have seen in our store, but you’re not ready to purchase just yet. You can save the product to your wishlist and come back later to purchase it when you’re ready.

You’d need to create a free account to create your wishlist. You can add multiple products to your wishlists.

Do I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes. Your tracking number will be automatically sent to your email once your order is shipped.

Why isn’t my tracking number working?

Often, tracking numbers will only function on domestic orders, as foreign postal systems will not update the location of the package in our carriers’ systems.

International shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks depending on which country you are shipping too, so you can estimate that it will take about that long from the time your package ships until you will receive it.

If your order is domestic and the tracking number doesn’t work, please let us know so we can make sure that your items were properly shipped.
